Reservations, Terms, Conditions

Rates: Rates are based on 7-night stays. The indicated rental rates, meals and beverage purchases are subject to a government tax and a service charge. Rates may vary during Holiday periods. Rates do not include telephone, transfers or meals. Rates quoted in USD.

Children: In some cases, children under 12 years of age are permitted to stay in rental homes. ool: There are specified hours for pool use.

Deposits:
Except during the Christmas period, reservations are secured by deposit at the time of booking in the amount of three nights rental charges. The deposit will be applied toward the first night and last two nights of the reservation.

Cancellations:
Deposits are refundable, for reservations in the high season months of December through March, upon written notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the date of scheduled arrival, except that we will charge a 4% service fee. At least 14 days notice is required to cancel all other reservations and the same service fee is applicable. Cancellation notices should be faxed or e-mailed to info@ecotourismtci.com.
