She sits high and receives all of the prevailing winds. The dock is less than 50 steps from the house and the kayak or aquafin sailboat are ready and waiting to help you explore the uninhabited cays all around.

Cabbage Patch is named after the Cabbage Palms that grow wild throughout the property. These are indigenous to the Island, but they flourish in the greatest numbers at Patch. They are slow growing, so it was very reassuring to find so many that were 100 years old or more when making the decision to buy and build in 1973.

	Sun worshippers, enjoy two decks at Patch that catch the morning and afternoon sun. The dock has a table and chairs to use as well.
	Gather the troups in the great room for a meal or game around the dining table.
	Upstairs sleeping area, king size bed catches all the southern tradewinds through slatted/screened windows.
	At low tide, the sand flats across the channel are the ideal children's playground as it is riddled with sand mounds and small water pools to build and play in. For fisherman, these same sand flats are home to the bonefish. Or fish from our dock cast for snapper.
	Swimmers are guaranteed to have a fun workout swimming against the tide in the channel. Because of the grasses along the inner channel, you'll see the most beautiful nursery the ocean provides and you'll never be more than waist deep in water.

Patch offers extreme privacy, seclusion, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is only 8 minutes from The Meridian Club in a battery powered golf cart. Cabbage Patch Amenities include:
